Shipping & Return

We ship stone jewelry from our HQ in Berlin, Germany. Within Germany, orders are always shipped via our free express shipping service. We ship to almost every other country worldwide via secure, traceable express courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination.

Please note that national tax and/or customs authorities in countries outside the European Union may charge additional fees.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our courier will then deliver your order during business hours (Mon-Fri). Longer delivery times may apply for deliveries to rural addresses.

Please note that orders over €1,500 to the US require formal customs clearance. FedEx may contact you to request your Federal Tax Number or Social Security Number to complete the delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, duties or taxes if the recipient refuses delivery, so please check the purchase details before placing your order.

RETURN

It's a shame that a piece of jewelry you ordered doesn't quite meet your expectations - that can of course happen. You can return the jewelry within 2 weeks of receipt. Please follow the instructions below:

Return instructions:

1st Pack the items in the original packaging and box or in other sturdy packaging.

2nd Fill out the return form you received with your order, place it in the box and close it tightly.

3. Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or product? Please re-order it on our website and return the original item.

4th Send the items to the following address:

The purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used within 14 days. You will receive an email once your return has been processed.

The return costs are at your expense. As a small company, we unfortunately cannot cover these costs.

We recommend sending your return as a letterbox parcel with tracking, as STEIN is not responsible for the loss of a parcel.

Used jewelry cannot be returned.

All earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
