About us

Our story begins in a small workshop, hidden in the rooms of our family home in the Eifel. Here, surrounded by the sounds of metal on metal, the quiet crackling of the fire and the distinctive smell of sulphur, I watched in fascination as a child as my mother - a talented goldsmith - created sparkling masterpieces from raw gold. The delicate moment when hot gold meets cold water and a sharp hiss cuts through the air has always captivated me.

The name "STEIN" carries the history of our family within it: It comes from our surname "Stutzenstein", which not only connects us with our origins, but also with the craftsmanship that is rooted in our family. My mother is the experienced goldsmith, she has created pieces of jewelry that are as unique as her craft - and that is exactly what we wanted to embody with "STEIN": tradition, artistry and timelessness.

Alexandra, my mother, always pursued her passion for goldsmithing with dedication, so it was no wonder that I began asking her at an early age to turn my own ideas into pieces of jewelry. Even as a child, I was allowed to watch her design my first rings and necklaces while she carefully shaped them. It was this creative collaboration that laid the foundation for our shared jewelry shop.

Today, I am the designer of our creations - inspired by nature, travel and everything that touches us in our environment. My mother brings these designs to life by handcrafting the first drafts. Every piece of jewelry that leaves our workshop is an expression of tradition, craftsmanship and the inseparable bond between mother and daughter.

Our jewelry tells stories - of generations, of artisan precision and of attention to detail. We believe that real jewelry is more than just an accessory; it is an expression of personality and feelings. That's why we only use the highest quality materials and give each design the time and attention it deserves.

Immerse yourself in our world and discover pieces of jewelry that are not only made with hands, but with the heart.
